The Denver Office is not currently open for walk-ins. Please make an appointment with a staff member for in person assistance, as needed.

*Please Note** The Groundwater Information Phone Line is unavailable between 8am-9am and 4pm-5pm. When you reach the voicemail inbox, you will be prompted to leave a message if you would like a callback. If your question is in regards to a well permit, please provide the well permit number or a legal description of the property. Please also include in your message when you would be available for staff to return your call. If your request is more urgent, it is best to call and speak to a staff member between 9am-4pm. Alternatively, you may use the AskDWR Form to Submit a Question, but we ask that you not submit duplicate inquiries using different methods.
