The Governor’s Office of Boards and Commissions is accepting applications for the Board of Examiners to fill a term beginning July 1, 2026 and expiring June 30, 2030. The candidate must be a Colorado resident whom shall be an engineer or geologist with a minimum of ten years' experience in water supply and well construction preceding the individual's appointment.
We have released the Well Construction & Yield Estimate Report eForm to replace the GWS-31 and GWS-31A PDF Forms. You will need to file a unique Well Construction Report eForm for each well, monitoring hole, test hole, or dry hole.
A new eForm is coming soon for Well Construction. When launched (late January or early February 2026), it will replace the GWS-31, used to report the construction of wells, monitoring holes, and test holes. When the new eForm is launched, an announcement will be posted on DWR’s Website that includes a link to DWR’s eForm System Quick Start Guide.
