The Ground Water Commission has approved initiation of the process to possibly amend Rules 4.2.8, 5.3.3.4, 5.3.9, 5.11.5, 5.11.6.B, 7.5 and 7.11 of the Rules and Regulations for the Management and Control of Designated Ground Water. Staff of the Commission will hold a public meeting to allow for input. The meeting will be held virtually, with access as described below.
