The meeting is to gather input on a request to change the Designated Basin Rules to deny all applications for new large capacity well permits unless accompanied by a replacement plan. The proposed rule change would only apply within the Southern High Plains Designated Basin, located in Baca County and the southeast corner of Prowers County.
